2. Proper Use of Product
 
By purchasing and/or using this product, you agree to:
•Use the product strictly as directed.
•Perform a patch test at least 24 hours prior to first use.
•Discontinue use immediately if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.
•Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or inflamed skin.
•Keep out of reach of children.
 
If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
 
3. Sun Protection Requirement
 
Daily use of a broad-spectrum SPF sunscreen is strongly recommended while using this product.
 
4. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
 
Customers are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list prior to purchase.
 
We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from:
•Known or unknown allergies
•Failure to conduct a patch test
•Misuse of the product

5. Delivery Policy

TrueGlow Delivery Information

At TrueGlow, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently through our trusted courier partner, PUDO.

5.1 Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via the PUDO delivery network and fulfilled by their appointed delivery drivers and couriers.

5.2 Processing Times

* Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5.3 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

* Major cities and metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days
* Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

5.4 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout.

TrueGlow cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

5.5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details, or inability to contact the recipient, the parcel may be returned to the nearest PUDO collection point.

Any additional delivery or re-delivery charges incurred may be payable by the customer.

6. Risk and Responsibility

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the parcel has been collected by or delivered through the PUDO courier network.

While we take every precaution to package products securely, TrueGlow cannot be held liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner. In such cases, we will assist customers in lodging an investigation or claim with the courier where applicable.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and product so that we can investigate the matter with the courier service.
